Monastery Building Project

We wish to wholeheartedly thank all the faithful who have contributed towards the establishment of Panagia Gorgoepikoos Monastery thus far. The necessary restoration of the existing buildings are an ongoing project. The grounds, as most of you are aware, have been truly transformed!

With God’s help and the faith and dedication of the faithful from around Australia, so much has been achieved.

The newly built Katholikon (main Church) is dedicated to Panagia Gorgoepikoos. There are two side chapels, dedicated to St. George the new Confessor of Drama and St. Porphyrios the Kavsokalyviti.

We are truly blessed to be using our Katholikon for services. The next stage of the Katholikon work requires internal walls and ceilings and the completion of electrical and plumbing works.

We kindly ask that you pray for our Monastery and contribute in any way possible.
